There is a plethora of information and messaging on social media and it is bewildering to try and make sense of it at times. We are living at a juncture of history where the input of positive messaging onto instruments like Facebook or Twitter can ameliorate the negativity and the hatred...and the false news that permeates these vehicles.
However, we must be cautious in our use of these tools. They can become addictive and take us away from the central source of our wisdom and insight: ourselves.
Silence and contemplation, especially now, will speak volumes for what we can contribute to our emerging New Earth, more than the fascination of another's message, slogan or verse.
We are the ones we have been waiting for, and it would be great to hear voices of insight and wisdom that are held within the keys of our own hearts, not someone else's.
We may be truncating our own Spirits in our fascination of soundbites. Our Spirits are trying to reach us now, are we listening? I know that I personally get agitated and upset if I am on social media for too long. This agitation tells me to stop and return to center. That no one's "truth" is better or more sound for me than my own. That the silence of the trees and the water, the beauty of nature and the silence and beauty of my home will ultimately reveal to me exactly what I need to know in my own journey.
