There is a marvelous story embedded within The Brothers Karamazov by Dostoevsky that is entitled "The Grand Inquisitor". It talks about the dark days of the Inquisition in Spain in the 15th century when the fires of intolerance and hatred were burning throughout the land. In the midst of this, Jesus decides to return to Earth. Eventually his teachings catch the attention of the Grand Inquisitor who arrests him and before consigning him to the flames, tells him that he has brought too much responsibility and freedom to the people of the Earth, and that he must die once again so that his message can finally die with him.
The church, says the Inquisitor, would never accord humankind the same privilege and so that is why they tell their flock what to do, as a mother hen would do to her chicks. This is why Jesus must die, says the Inquisitor, because the people would never accept the freedom that he proposed and would always look to the church for direction, thus effectively giving away their Divine power.
If Jesus were to return to Earth right now he would be shocked at the travesty of love and the cruelty that has been conducted in his name. This was never his intention as his Church was an interior one of the Spirit that did not require an intercessor. He would further be shocked that a movement called "Christianity" had been allowed to propagate and grow. He would wonder why his message had been so badly misconstrued.
"Christos Energy", the energy of the Christ, is the energy that resides within all of us, and at this time in the New Earth's turning, it is an energy that is available through Divine dispensation, and one that is needed more than ever before so that we can rise above the fear and the mindlessness of a mass consciousness that is so pervasive at this time.
"Christos Energy" is that which makes the Human, Divine. As a Master, Jesus demonstrated this perfectly, but he was not alone. So did the Lord Buddha and the Prophet Mohammed. Jesus showed us that one could be in perfect communion with God while still being firmly embodied within the heart of the Earth and our precious Humanity.
"Christos Energy", as Jesus taught, tells us that all we need lies within, for this is where the Divine resides. We were created to be in perpetual union with the Divine and that nothing, no power or principality, can ever disconnect us from the Creator who loves us. With this teaching, he is the first amongst equals, as he shows us that terms like "Humanity" and "Divinity" are interchangeable and that further, this is what was intended all along.
This message needs to be embodied now.
