Rising above fear and a sense of powerlessness

I think that the predominant sense I have about the changes in the world is that it has sped up in a way that has led many to become gyrating beings of frenzy and fear, almost as though there is a deep and innate knowing that there are massive changes upon us leaving many in a state of trying to outrun"it", without knowing exactly what "it" is. 

However, "it" is actually Light, and this Light is bombarding the Earth and all of us in an increasing fashion, and there is no one who can escape its reach.

Even the most unconscious of us are reacting.
