"Liminal": update

You came to me softly at first, a sigh and a caress, warm breath in my hair. And of course because I am somewhere between pure logic and mystical child I chose to ignore you. But you became more insistent.

You began to visit me in my dreams and I sighed when you touched me.  I snuggled closer into your arms.  In the early days, when I awoke you were gone, like a beautiful fragrance that dissipates with the arrival of my …pure logic.

But you persisted, because that’s what you do as I now realize. You are the persistence of Pure Love and you bid me to remember how long we have been together, millions of years, and you stretched my imagination back through time, and eventually through the veil itself.

"Do you remember?"  you asked me.

"Yes." I said, "I was birthed with you.  I remember you from the beginning of time."

"I have been with you all along."

"Yes, sometimes I sensed you and when I did not I looked for you everywhere, in the valley and the mountains and in the stars.....Don't ever leave me again."

"I won't", and then you paused, “The veils are thin now”.

“Yes”.

"It's time."

"Yes," I whispered.

"You are ready."

"Yes."
