I am immersed in a book called The Hidden Messages in Water by Japanese scientist Masaru Emoto. He has spent many painstaking months, years, photographing the effects of our thoughts on molecules of water. He is doing this as a plea to the world to show us that as beings of largely water we can affect each other down to the cellular level, down to the level of our DNA.
So, for instance, he and his research team wrapped beakers of water with certain messages and then photographed the changes to the water molecules after the fact, and these exquisite images are included in his book. By wrapping the message of "love and gratitude" or "Angel" (in several languages) or "wisdom" the molecules morphed into ethereal shapes, perfect in their composition and form, sacred in their geometry.
By wrapping the same beakers with messages that said "you fool!" or "Satan" they became twisted and grotesque. In one instance, a message was placed around water molecules that said "I'm going to kill you!" and the crystal became extremely distorted. At its center contained an image that looked like a man holding a gun.
The message is obvious: we can either kill or maim with our thoughts, or we can love and heal. What we do to others, we also do to ourselves.
